Irideum, a UK-based specialist in engineering, project management and operational excellence, is proud to announce a new sponsorship agreement with Árón Taylor-Smith for the 2026 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) season. The partnership brings together a forward-thinking consultancy brand and one of the most respected and consistent drivers in British motorsport.
Taylor-Smith enters the 2026 campaign carrying significant momentum following his 2024 BTCC Independent Drivers’ Championship title. A record breaking season on the way to his title propelled him into a manufacturer supported program for the 2025 season with Toyota Gazoo Racing.
The new sponsorship will see Irideum support Taylor-Smith throughout the 2026 BTCC season with prominent branding on the car and the opportunity for guests to be trackside with Laser Tools Racing. Keep an eye out for updates throughout the season showcasing Taylor-Smith’s achievements and Irideum updates.

“I’m incredibly pleased to be partnering with Irideum for the 2026 BTCC season,” said Árón Taylor-Smith. “Their approach to performance, preparation and problem-solving really resonates with how I operate as a driver. I was fortunate enough to link up with Dave & Rich ahead of the Christmas break and everything instantly clicked. I’m really looking forward to showing them what the BTCC is all about whilst flying the Irideum flag.”
The BTCC remains the UK’s premier circuit racing championship, boasting live free-to-air coverage on ITV, large trackside attendances, and a loyal fanbase that spans automotive, engineering and business audiences. For Irideum, the partnership represents a strategic opportunity to align with a high-performance environment that mirrors its own values of precision, leadership and continuous improvement.
“Árón’s career speaks for itself,” said David Pickup of Irideum “His 2024 Independent Championship demonstrated not only speed, but discipline, intelligence and consistency — qualities that align perfectly with Irideum’s ethos. This sponsorship is about more than visibility; it’s about being able offer something truly unique back to our customer base and we look forward to being trackside during the year.”
Throughout the 2026 season, Irideum will leverage the partnership to create unique experiences for clients, including race-day hospitality, behind-the-scenes access, and content that highlights the parallels between elite motorsport performance and successful project delivery in complex operational environments.
With preparations already underway for the 2026 BTCC season, both Irideum and Taylor-Smith are looking forward to announcing further collaborative initiatives in the coming months, reinforcing a partnership built on shared ambition and a commitment to excellence.
